I was trained in Hatha Yoga at Satya Yoga Shala in Long Island, NY however I have an appreciation for all styles of yoga. Yoga is absolutely for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Yoga unites the mind, body, and breath in a way that eases tension and promotes overall health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance and flexibility for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
